• How can I make online payment or advances from a foreign bank?
• We have not introduced an online payment facility yet. Making transfers from foreign banks is permitted. We, however, encourage such transfers only if the amounts are over $1,000 or equivalent. For any other payment requirement, kindly send us an email.

• I have a late night flight departure… What options do I have?
• Our check out time is 1100 Hrs (11am). However, we do understand the requirement of guests owing to flight timings. Subject to availability, we will try to extend you a complimentary late check out till 1400 Hrs (2pm). For a later check out, you may opt for our half day lodging rate with checkout till 1700 Hrs (5pm), subject to availability, or may choose to book the room for a further period of 1 night.

• I might have extra guests arriving who may share my room. What do I do?
• The more the merrier!!! There is no problem at all. You will need to pay extra charges of between Rs.400-600 per guest upon their check in (total of 3 people per room max). Rules and Regulations do not change, so they will need to provide their ID proof. No couples will be allowed to stay without valid marriage documentation or company approval. We reserve the right to ask the guest(s) to leave, without any exception, if any rules are flouted.

• Need special meals for myself and my guests. What is available?
• We have home-styled cooking available in most of our premise. For your special dietary requirements, you may tell the cook upto 4 hours in advance about the desired preparation. Bon Apetit!!

• We have a marriage coming up and need rooms for our outstation guests. Please advise on room types and meal options.
• We have various options available for bulk bookings. You may book up to 14 rooms in a single premise, have multiple locations etc. You may also choose to book our 4 BHK apartments in Salt Lake or the 2 BHK apartments in Ballygunge. We also provide various meal options for such events, which is both healthy and economical. Best is to contact us and let us provide you with the best available option.

• I will be staying in Kolkata for a long period of time. What do I need to do to book a room including agreement, advances, security deposit etc?
• Long stays are our forte’. Depending upon your tenure and the package you choose we will ask you to provide a refundable security deposit which is generally adjusted with the last leg of the rental due. A small agreement may be made out for your own safety and convenience, and the necessary payment terms will be mentioned in the same.

• What is the meaning of “Self-Serviced” and “Semi-Serviced” Apartment??
• These are independent standalone apartments in Residential Complexes and are fully furnished and equipped with Modern Equipment. Daily Housekeeping for upto 2 hours is provided but cook facilities are not available, owing to which the terms Self/Semi-Serviced. You may request the housekeepr-cum-caretaker to run errands for you, buy groceries, and even prepare simple breakfast for you within the 2 hours!
